The Independence Bed from Customatic Technologies was marketed direct-to-consumer (DTC) – specifically Baby Boomers with a parent living alone. The #1 fear the elderly experience is falling. That's where The Independence Bed could help. Its revolutionary technology allowed a person to sleep, sit and stand by gently lifting them up off the bed. We tested in two markets: Arizona and Florida to see performance. Creative developed include: TV commercial, UX/UI website design, organic and paid social posts and videos, direct mail brochure and a computer generated (CG) demo reel featuring The Independence Bed in motion.

With limited assets, I cut together video, audio and graphic animations in After Effects, delivering a series of paid video and static posts for Facebook and YouTube. Through the support of User Generated Content (UGC) and stock footage, a strong and cohesive branded message was shared across The Independence Bed's social platform.
UX/UI website design
When tasked to build a new website to launch The Independence Bed, I focused on ease of functionality and the ability to drive consumers to a faster & easier checkout process. Wireframe mapped out user experience based on competitive research on adjustable bed brands currently on the market. A lengthy FAQ page developed to answer all anticipated questions. Purchase button used in multiple locations to encourage a seamless transition from search to order completion. Brand identity, videos and graphics were all developed in-house.
